SHIN'YU SUSHI IS NOW DOING SUSHI CLASSES ALL IN THE COMFORT OF YOUR OWN HOME!
Our class will teach you the basics and fundamentals of sushi making, and walk you step-by-step through the various sushi recipes listed in the class. You will create, assemble, and roll your own sushi, and at the end of the class you will get to eat your creations.
Each class can accommodate a minimum/maximum of 5 people up to Each person will be provided with their own sushi station, complete with everything needed to make sushi.A typical class will run 90 minutes (with an additional hour before and after the class for set up and clean up).
This class will teach you the fundamentals & techniques of sushi making. In this class, you will get an in-depth look at various knife skills & sushi cutting techniques.
Along with teaching you how to make 3 basic rolls, This class will also show you how to make a crowd favorite, the infamous Golden California Roll.
